Malaysia Open this year, 16-22 March. Packed packed packed tourney. Day one we reached there, 530pm squad full.... So only the AYG team and men's team bowled their singles. Jason bowled a 803, which remained as highest series bowled for whole tourney. He also bowled a perfect game but guess what? He failed to qualify for Masters!! =( He heard no end of it from the guys and the coaches. Geri finished 2nd, Bern 4th. Both lost to American pro Carolyn Ballard. Shay was top seed after round 2 finals but she just barely lost to Geri. Yuwee was our top guy in 8th after qualifying in 7th but losing to M'sia Kang Bo Long. Geri enjoyed her Canon Cup, I think. Nervous but a fun experience. Konan has grown and he's so cute with his new haircut, shaved and then with a zig-zag along the side. The girls said he's starting to develop muscles.
I had an OK time. Not as tiring as last year, but not as fun. =( Of course this is work and not a leisure trip. But last year was a lil better. Had a roomie this time. Didn't quite know how to communicate with her. Oh well, it's my only trip of the year anyway, so nothing more to worry about. Last to leave centre everyday asusual, coz had to submit MQs for the next day. Squad registration table peeps were nice. Shon so reminds me of Roger Ni since the first day I saw him. Eye Candy I saw everyday of course. Except I threw away all opportunities to talk to him. Haiz... Jazzy being driven mad by me whining about him up till now back in Singapore. Haha. Thanks girl!! You can knock me out when I'm blabbering rots intoxicated.
